We collect information you provide directly: name, email, school details (for visit enquiries), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details).

2. How We Use It

To process orders, respond to enquiries, send booking confirmations, and (with consent) send newsletters.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies: cart state (localStorage), consent preference. Optional cookies (with consent): Vercel Analytics, Google Tag Manager.

4. Third Parties

Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Kit/ConvertKit (newsletter). Each has their own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. UK GDPR applies.

6. Data Retention

Order data is retained for 6 years (tax purposes). Contact messages are deleted after 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
